Krissi Barr’s dynamic presence, instinctive strategic vision, and creative thinking produce effective, sustainable bottom-line results for her clients. Krissi’s “Can Do” attitude generates confidence in her executive coaching clients and strategic consulting corporate clients. Throughout Krissi’s career she’s increased the profitability of nearly every organization with which she worked.

Krissi has a unique ability to relate to her clients because she came from corporate America…not academia. Since founding Barr Corporate Success in 2003, she has effectively translated that experience into results for her clients. She focuses on separating daily distractions from the real issues in order to put the executive and/or business on the right path to grow and prosper. Results are immediate, growth sustainable, and profitability long-term.

Krissi was featured in Inc. Magazine as one of the country’s top ten “super-efficient”. Typically 4-6 clients annually are on Inc’s 500/5000 list and many clients are named as a “Best Place To Work”. She is a recipient of Venue and LEAD Magazine Women of Influence award and was named one of the 100 Mind’s Thought Leadership within the Greater Cincinnati Region.

A highly sought after keynote speaker, she’s worked with Inc. Magazine, Intel, Titleist, Vistage, Xavier University, Ohio University, Greater Cincinnati HR Association, Association for Corporate Growth, and dozens of other companies, higher education institutions and non-profit organizations.

She holds an M.B.A. from Miami University, six Coaching Certificates and an Executive Coaching Certificate from Wharton School of Business. Before founding Barr Corporate Success, Krissi worked in leadership positions at P&G, PNC Bank, The David J. Joseph Company (part of Nucor Steel), and two technology start-ups. Her last corporate position was with a P&G-backed venture company.

Krissi is co-author of two business books. Plugged: Dig Out and Get the Right Thing Done is a golf-themed business book that teaches the lesson of PAR (prioritize, adapt and be responsible). The Fido Factor: How To Get A Leg Up At Work is a dog-themed book that teaches the business leadership lessons we learn from man’s best friend.

She lives in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband and two dogs.
